Decree of Condemnation and Confiscation By Command of Captain Ambrose, Commanding Officer of the 22nd Fusilier Company Whereas the men of the 1st Voltigeur Company have been found in open insurrection and armed revolt against His Imperial Majesty, through their participation in the assault upon the Fusiliers Garrison; and whereas such actions constitute high treason under Articles 1 and 4 of the Military Code of the Empire, it is hereby declared: Sentence: All individuals so adjudged guilty are condemned to death by hanging, to be carried out forthwith in accordance with the laws and customs governing military justice. Property: All movable and immovable property, possessions, and effects of the condemned are henceforth forfeited to the Crown, to be administered at the discretion of the Commanding Officer and in accordance with imperial statutes governing the seizure of rebel assets. Let this decree be read aloud to the troops and posted in all garrisons under the jurisdiction of Captain Ambrose, as a warning and example to all who would contravene the authority of the Emperor.
