Hunger System Requirements
Good Fun Corporation has not published Hunger's PC requirements yet. The Steam page lists Windows and marks the processor and graphics card as TBC, with no memory or storage figures. What is known from the Closed Beta: it runs on Windows only, players say the playtest takes about 19 GB, and there are settings to trade looks for framerate. We'll add a "Can I run it" checker, like the other games on StatHub have, as soon as Steam names real parts.

What we know about running Hunger
- Windows only. Players on Linux report that the anti-cheat blocks them from matches after the tutorial, and Steam Deck uses the same Proton layer. See Hunger on Linux and Steam Deck.
- About 19 GB installed. Steam lists no size; players on the Steam forum put the Closed Beta playtest at 19 GB.
- Lumen or SSGI. Since June you can turn off Lumen and use screen-space global illumination (SSGI) instead, which the studio describes as an option "for those seeking higher framerates" (Missive X).
- FSR upscaling. AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution was added in August as another upscaling option (Missive XII).
Hunger is in a Closed Beta, and the studio is still optimising, so performance can change from one update to the next. Beta dates and access are on the Hunger hub. If the game won't start or connect, check the Hunger server status.

Switch global illumination from Lumen to SSGI, which the studio added for players who want higher framerates, and try FSR upscaling, which it added in August.
›Is Hunger on Mac, PS5 or Xbox?
Only Windows PC is listed. No Mac or console version has been announced.
